You can print thumbnails of your photos in a contact sheet. While in the Browse area, select one or more thumbnail images then choose File > Print Contact Sheet, or press this button on the toolbar. This switches the work area to Print Preview for contact sheets which looks like the picture below.

When you first enter the Print Preview, make sure the printer, paper size, and other printer settings are set correctly. You can change them at any time by choosing File > Printer Settings, or by pressing this toolbar button .

You can specify the print size of each thumbnail by choosing from one of the common sizes. If you choose to Print All On One Page, MagicViewer will find the best thumbnail size and layout to print the contact sheet on a single page.

The alignment options let you specify how to position the printed image on paper.

You can also print the file name for each thumbnail, and currently browsed folder name on each page by checking the Print file names and Print folder paths options. The Font size option lets you choose the size of the printed text.

When you are ready to print, choose File > Print to print the contact sheet. When you are done printing, choose Exit Print Preview to return the work area to the Browse area.
